Community managers will be over the moon with the latest news of Instagram allowing businesses to schedule posts… but not directly from the app (sorry to be a party pooper!).
Businesses will only be able to schedule posts through one of Instagram’s partners such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite, while scheduling for non-business profiles is in the works until next year.
The latest Graph API redesign update also includes features that make it easier for community managers to moderate posts, manage multiple accounts from a single dashboard, and display Instagram insights data.
