It is about time; LinkedIn finally launches video ads and video for company pages
LinkedIn users are 20x more likely to share video posts on the platform than other post types. The professional publishing platform has finally made use of this insight by rolling out video for company pages and video ads.
LinkedIn will provide a tool named Conversion Tracking, that will enable brands to measure the number of leads, sign-ups, website visits and other valuable actions generated through video content, and understand the actual ROI based on this type of content.
According to LinkedIn:
“Companies can also showcase how they’re effectively attracting talent, and driving engagement, and conversation with professional audiences right from their Company Page on LinkedIn. Company Page video is 5x more likely than other types of content to start a conversation among members, based on results in our beta program.”
