Did you find the image and video limit of four items in total restrictive for your Twitter ads? You’re in luck!
This week, Twitter is launching the new ‘Carousel’ ad format which will allow you to add up to six media items, be it images or videos, as part of their new ‘Performance advertising’ strategy to improve the monetization of the platform.
According to Twitter, Carousel ads yield in average higher results for advertisers according to their beta testing:
- For Website Carousels, we saw on average, a ~15% increase in click-through rate relative to single-asset formats*.
- And for App Carousels, we saw on average, a ~24% increase in installs per impression relative to single-asset formats*.
