LinkedIn is looking to make it easier for brands to maximize the reach of their posts, with a new, Facebook-like ‘Boost’ option showing at the top of the post.
This new feature allows you to easily to ‘Boost’ organic Page updates into paid ads directly from your LinkedIn Page. Pre-planned ads are useful, of course, but sometimes, when an organic post is performing well, you want to take advantage of its popularity and give it a little ‘boost’ to promote it.
Advertisers will be able to choose between different boost objectives:
- Brand Awareness
- Video Views
- Website visits
